Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom (UK). Please review this policy carefully, especially Section 3 regarding international orders and product legality.

1. Domestic (UK) Delivery

We offer a range of shipping options, including tracked services.

Northern Ireland, Highlands, & Islands	Standard Tracked	5–7 Working Days	Please allow for up to 2 additional working days.

Working Days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and UK Public/Bank Holidays.

Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase, subject to successful payment and age verification checks.

2. International Delivery

We are continually expanding our international reach. The customer is solely responsible for determining if CBD products are legal in their jurisdiction prior to purchase (see Section 3).

Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow an estimated 7 to 16 working days for delivery after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Country List: We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country or region where the legality of CBD products is uncertain or restricted.

3. Customs, Duties, and Legality Liability (CRITICAL)

A. Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

The recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, local VAT, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Pure Native CBD.

B. Refusal or Seizure Liability: If you refuse to pay the required duties/taxes, or if the product is seized by customs due to violating local laws:

The parcel may be destroyed by customs or returned to us at our expense.

If the parcel is returned to us, any refund issued will be subject to a deduction for the original shipping costs, plus any return fees and administration charges imposed on Pure Native CBD by the carrier or customs authority.

If the parcel is destroyed, no refund will be issued.

BY PURCHASING, YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LEGALITY OF THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR REGION AND THE PAYMENT OF ALL RELATED CUSTOMS CHARGES.

4. Other Important Information

Address Changes: We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Excluded Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to PO Box or military (BFPO/APO/FPO) addresses.

Public Holidays: Please allow for an extra working day for deliveries scheduled over UK Bank Holidays.
